How To: Bring water to boil and let cool, aiming for 190 degrees F. Put 1-2 TSP of tea into a strainer. Put the strainer in your favorite tea cup. Pour water over and steep for 5 minutes. Steep longer for stronger tea. Drink and Enjoy!
