This tea is sold individually only within its season and sold as a set year-round. Box contains four teas and a strainer.

Ing: Milky Oats, Nettle, Rose Hips, Heather, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Marshmallow Root, Peppermint, Yarrow
Blended to help with cleansing the body and ease seasonal allergies.
Taste: floral, refreshing

Ing: Lemongrass, Echinacea, Goldenrod, Anise Seed, Passionflower, Spilanthes
Blended to relax the nervous system and boost the immune system.
Taste: grassy, sweet
*spilanthes contains alkamides that can cause a tingling sensation on the tongue

Ing: Rooibos, Chicory Root, Orange Peel, Sarsaparilla Root, Horehound, Black Pepper, Cornsilk
Blended to increase circulation and benefit the throat.

How To: Bring water to boil and let cool, aiming for 190 degrees F. Put 1-2 TSP of tea into a strainer. Put the strainer in your favorite tea cup. Pour water over and steep for 5 minutes. Steep longer for stronger tea. Drink and Enjoy!
