How To: Remove the screw band, cheesecloth, lid, and wax paper. Fill the jar with your olive oil, vinegar, or liquor. Replace wax paper, lid, cheesecloth, and screw band in that order. Let it infuse for up to four weeks, shaking gently once a day. Taste periodically until the desired flavor is reached. Once you like the flavor, strain using the cheesecloth and a funnel into a clean, dry bottle. Store in a cool, dark cabinet. Use your new olive oil, vinegar, or liquor as you normally would. Eat, drink, cook, enjoy!

Olive oil - 6 months
Vinegar - 1 to 5 years
Liquor - 5+ years
